- Deposit is non refundable if cancelled by the client within 24 hours prior to booking.
- You are entitled to a refund up to 7 days after fitting if required. We always contact you to check if you are happy with your hair a week after fitting to see if you have any problems.
- All our extensionist are insured and have a minimum of 6 years experience. Third party and home insurance policy can be shown at the consultation or fitting if required.
